Combined environmental test system
Labtone offers the chance to combine vibrational platforms with climatic chambers according to the environmental simulation needs required by the customer and by specific tests. A possible configuration could be the combination of 3-4 integrated testing systems (made up of air-cooled shakers combined with “low pressure” climatic chambers), multi-axial accelerometers, and advanced testing devices required by the specification analyses.
DESCRIPTION
The integrated environmental test system combines a climatic chamber and a shaker so that different conditions of temperature (high/low temperature), humidity, vibrations (sinusoidal/random), and electrical stresses are recreated. Compared with the single-item test, this kind of test can more realistically simulate the transportation and use environment of the products. The aforementioned test system proves to be a complete approach to evaluate the adaptation of the product under analysis to environmental changes, bringing out the defects of the sample and, consequently, supporting the development of new products on a large scale.
