Labtone
Standard shock test
During production, transportation, loading, and unloading, as well as during their life cycle, products are inevitably affected by impacts, bumps, free falls, and tumbling. These transient entity excitations cause immediate mechanical phenomena such as high speed, acceleration, and strain. These mechanical characteristics are completely different from the ones involved in static load, which may generate problems to the object in terms of structural force and stability, causing potential product failures. Therefore, it’s necessary to study the effect of the impact and reproduce the shock to assess the structural strength and performance of the object beneath the shock environment.
APPLICATION
Shock tests are performed to accurately measure the product fragility and evaluate the protective ability of product packaging. Whether it is required to perform the limit assessment on complete product breakage, industrial standard shock pulse, or the company’s internal standards, Labtone can provide the most advanced shock test system to meet your application requirements. Shock test equipment applications include aviation, aerospace, marine, military, consumer electronics, automobiles, home appliances, and video devices.
FEATURES
- User-friendly interface on the touch-screen display
- Complete safety protection system
- Pneumo-hydraulic boosting and braking system to avoid multiple impacts
- Thanks to the air spring absorber and the hydraulic damping mechanism, the impact will not affect the surrounding environment, with no need for special foundations.
