Acoustics AIA National Convention, in which Ntek has taken part from the 7^th to the 9^th of June in Pavia, has faced actual contents on environmental noise analysis and control, and acoustic quality in buildings and workplaces. The convention has also evaluated recent developments in normative field and in all innovative branches of physical, environmental, architectural and musical acoustics.

Specifically, contents of displayed works regarded branches of: environmental acoustics (open space noise), building acoustics, architectural acoustics (theaters, musical, classrooms and conference rooms), measurements tools, acoustics goods and bio-acoustics, submarine acoustics, equipment noise and musical acoustics.

AIA National Convention is the most important technical-scientific demonstration in acoustic field in Italy, and it is also an opportunity to meet the main actors in this field: over 200 delegates of research Authority, Universities, Environmental Agencies, Public Authorities and private companies.

In the Convention location there was a wide exposition of instruments, goods and components for acoustics and measurement control. Besides there were areas reserved for technical exposition of companies.

In occasion of company dinner, on 8^th of June at Pavia castle, Ntek has assigned three awards, chosen at random, among young acoustical technicians participating at the Convention. The reward is the possibility to free download complete license of EKOS software for free 6 months, to verify passive acoustical requirements in buildings.
